Due to the nature of research chemicals and the importance of maintaining chain-of-custody integrity, our return policy is limited. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
We do not accept returns on any product that has been opened, reconstituted, or otherwise disturbed from its original sealed condition. This policy exists to maintain chain-of-custody integrity — research products that leave our possession cannot be re-entered into inventory under any circumstances.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@justpeptides.store. Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled for a full refund.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be recalled or intercepted. In that case, please refer to the sections below.

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement shipment or a full refund at our discretion. Claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery may not be eligible for a remedy.
If a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly. You may cancel the affected item or the full order for a complete refund at any time before it ships.
If an item was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order before fulfillment. If your payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider but typically appear within 3–7 business days of approval. You will receive an email confirmation when a refund is initiated.
